The meridianEMR support department consists of only the most experienced people in the healthcare industry.
Our training and support staff is comprised of individuals with considerable experience in facilitating practice
specific support issues. Our dedicated staff provides initial training in the usage of the application as well as ongoing
technical and application support. Application training is done both over the Internet and on site. Physicians and staff can
rapidly enhance their ability to use the meridianEMR application by accessing meridianEMR’s servers for training on
their own. meridianEMR is developing graphical and video content, as part of mXchange, to assist all members of a practice
in handling application issues and in gaining additional application mastery. The meridianEMR application runs on the Windows
platform as well as a native Apple Macintosh version, with no terminal services or third party software needed.
