Our application also features an integrated and intelligent workflow that contains all of the information that requires the physicians attention. Such information includes appointments, calls, encounters (in Progress, for Review and Recovered), images, labs for review and signature, medication refills and alerts, plan items, office mail, and open charts. All charts in the workflow are organized by category and within each category by date. Items that need immediate attention are flagged and always appear at the top of the category. These include emergency situations as well as images and labs that are marked as abnormal.
